What the connection does

This connection is for O8's own operations and its authorized operators and agents. These public information pages explain that use; they do not offer a public Google Drive service.

O8 Artifacts supports workflows that save generated work files to an approved private Google Drive folder and inspect registered originals during authorized review. O8 records the file references and review results in its private operational systems.

Available operations depend on the tools, assignments and access approved for each workflow. Connecting Google Drive does not enable every O8 tool or give every agent access to your files.

Limited Google Drive access

The connection requests Google's drive.file permission for files used with the application. O8's application controls further restrict artifact operations to the approved destination and registered files. It does not request permission to search or manage your entire Drive.

An authorized review can retrieve a saved original and provide its contents or a preview to the configured AI provider. Read the Privacy page before connecting an account or placing sensitive information in the artifact folder.

Your connection and saved files

You choose whether to authorize the Google connection. Removing its access stops future authorized Drive requests, but does not automatically delete existing files or O8's operational records. The Privacy and Terms pages explain these boundaries and how to request help.
