O8 use within your authority

The connection is for O8 LLC's own operations. These pages do not provide public registration or permission for another person or business to use it.

Use this connection only with a Google account, destination and work you are authorized to provide. Obtain any permission needed for information belonging to another person or organization. Do not use it to bypass access controls, expose credentials or place unauthorized content in an artifact.

Google consent does not replace O8's assignment, tool and review controls. Only the operations available to an approved workflow may be used. These terms do not grant access to another user's files or to other O8 systems.

Review work before relying on it

Generated and AI-reviewed work can contain mistakes. Check its accuracy, suitability and required approvals before relying on it or sharing it. A successful upload, integrity check or recorded review is not permission to publish, deploy or make a decision outside the approved assignment.

Connection and file management

Google and the configured AI services have their own terms and controls. The connection may become unavailable when authorization is removed or expires, a provider is unavailable, or an access check fails. A connection does not promise continuous access.

Manage authorization through your Google Account and use the contact details accompanying these pages for help with saved artifacts or operational records. Revoking access and deleting retained work are separate actions, as described on the Privacy page.
